1. 2004 Budget
The budget still
needs to be posted on the Huntington Woods website.
2. Street Signs
The Board approved
purchase of the street signs. Mike Latz to place order for 1 Yield sign, 2
Speed Limit signs, 2 Stop signs and 5 Street signs at a total cost (excl.
shipping) of $4,420.
3. Sprinkler System
Tim Isle is waiting
for updated quotations for the community sprinkler system. Carry over from last
meeting: Tom Longest offered to obtain running cost for the sprinkler system at
Fox Hollow as a best estimate of possible running costs for Huntington Woods.
Board discussed option of landscaping common area instead of irrigation system.
Mike offered to look into getting a landscape plan for common area.
4. Community
Meeting
Community meeting postponed until more information regarding sprinkler system is available.
5. Newsletter
Newsletter distributed to all homes and posted on the website.
6. Architectural Review
No action.
7. Board Positions
No nominations for the position of president of the homeowners’ association board of directors received.
8. Covenant / Vehicle Parking
Tim Isle offered to write letter to homeowner regarding parking of commercial vehicle in driveway.
