Agenda Items:
1. Election of
President
Tim Isle resigned from the position of President of the Huntington Woods Homeowners Association Board of Directors effective December 31, 2004.
Tom Meade accepted
the nomination to President of the Homeowners Association and was unanimously
confirmed by the board members.
2. Street Signs
Mike has not been able to order the signs yet, but will do so as soon as possible. Holger to write a letter to Glenn Davis to inform him about the delay. As soon as Mike has received the purchase order / invoice, Holger will submit it to Trinity to claim the promised $2,000 contribution.
3. Homeowners’ Association Dues
Some homeowners are still overdue with their
payments. Particularly with homes going on the market for sale it is critical
to recoup the outstanding association fees. May need to follow up with real
estate agent to ensure dues are paid prior to sale.
4. Check signing
and correspondence
Mike Thayer, Mike
Latz, Holger Tank and Tim Isle currently have check signing authority. It was
agreed not to update the current authorities. Tim Isle will ask Mike Thayer to
send all correspondence directly to Mike Latz effective immediately.
5. Common Area
Landscaping
Board agreed to
resign with Rocky Mountain for general landscaping maintenance of the
subdivision.
Lisa is meeting with
Jim Altum from Litchfield Design to discuss a landscaping design for the common
area along Ford Road. Lisa will arrange a meeting with Kim Lane, Jon Peterson
and Holger Tank for later in the month to discuss plans for the spring.
6. Insurance
Tim received renewal policy for insurance with a premium of $843. Tm will send copies to all board members for review.
7. Newsletter
Janet Baker has previously volunteered to help with the newsletter. Lisa will contact Janet regarding the next newsletter.
8. Next Meeting
The board agreed to meet on the first Wednesday evening of every second month. The next meeting will be on Wednesday, March 2nd at Tom Meade’s house.
Board agreed to invite Glenn Davis to the next board
meeting to discuss Trinity’s plans regarding the remediation process in
Huntington Woods.
